The Role of Electric Coolant Heaters in New Energy Vehicles

New energy vehicle battery heaters allow the battery to be at the right temperature to keep the entire system of the vehicle running properly. When the temperature is too low, these lithium ions freeze, impeding their own movement and making the battery's power supply capacity drop significantly, so it is necessary to preheat the battery in advance in winter or when the temperature is too low. New energy pure electric vehicle battery heating system mainly through the following two ways: preheating heating, fuel water heater by installing water heater to new energy electric vehicles, through the transfer of heat to the battery heating has reached the normal working temperature. New energy high voltage electric heater by installing  ptc heater  to the new energy electric vehicle, which can transmit heat to the electric vehicle battery systemto preheat it and make it at normal working temperature. Role Of Thermal Management System in New Energy Vehicles In the rapidly advancing w...

How to Differentiate MCH Heater and PTC Heater

图片
When it comes to electric heaters, there are various types available in the market to cater to different heating requirements. Two popular types of electric heaters are MCH (Metal Ceramic Heater) and PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heaters. While both are used for heating applications, they have different characteristics and are suitable for different uses. In this article, we will explore the differences between MCH heaters and   PTC heaters   to help you understand which one may be the right choice for your specific needs. MCH heaters are made of a combination of metal and ceramic materials. They consist of a small ceramic block with a heating element embedded in it. The ceramic block is coated with a thin layer of metal, which acts as a conductor for the electrical current to pass through and generate heat. MCH heaters are known for their fast response time, high power density, and long lifespan. They are commonly used in applications such as hair dryers, soldering i...

Innovations in PTC Heater Technology for Ventilator Applications

图片
Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) heaters play a vital role in the performance and safety of ventilators, which are critical devices used in healthcare settings to support patients with breathing difficulties. These heaters help maintain the optimal temperature and humidity levels of the inhaled air, ensuring patient comfort and safety. In recent years, significant innovations in PTC heater technology have enhanced their efficiency and versatility in ventilator applications.  Understanding  PTC Heaters in Ventilators PTC heaters are self-regulating heating elements that provide consistent and controlled heat. In ventilators, these heaters are responsible for several key functions: Airway Temperature Control: PTC heaters ensure that the air delivered to the patient's airway is at the desired temperature, optimizing comfort and preventing respiratory complications. Humidification: Maintaining proper humidity levels in the inhaled air is crucial for preventing dryness and ir...
